Rental prices apply to each individual bike and are not cumulative across multiple bikes. Hourly packages are flexible and work on a pay-as-you-go basis: each rented bike deducts hours from the available credit based on usage time (e.g. 2 bikes for 2 hours = 4 hours deducted).
Resident rates are available upon presentation of a valid ID confirming residency.

Useful Information
All prices refer to a single e-bike.
The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, subject to inspection of the e-bike and the accessories provided.
Charging the battery during the rental period is the customer's responsibility.
The customer is responsible for the proper care of the e-bike and all accessories provided throughout the rental period.
The e-bike must be parked in a safe location and secured using the lock provided.
Any theft, loss or damage resulting from negligence, misuse or failure to properly secure the e-bike will be the customer's responsibility, in accordance with the rental agreement.
In the event of theft, the customer must report the incident to the relevant authorities within 24 hours and provide a copy of the report to DODOGO.
Any extraordinary maintenance resulting from improper use or accidental damage may be charged to the customer.
Telephone and on-site assistance is available every day from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
